For the purposes of Indian data-protection law, we decide why and how the personal data described in this policy is processed.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us through this website:
- Appointment requests: your name, phone number, optional email address, the speciality you are interested in, an optional preferred clinician, your preferred date and time of day, and an optional short message.
- Contact messages: your name, phone number and/or email address, the type of enquiry and your message.
- Consent record: the date and time you agreed to this policy and the version of the consent wording shown to you.

Cookies
Ordinary page visits do not set cookies. When you open a form, we set one strictly necessary session cookie that protects the form against misuse and expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The optional map on our contact and location pages is loaded from Google only if you choose to show it. Google may then set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Why we use your information
We use your information, with your consent, to:
- respond to your appointment request and arrange a suitable time with you;
- reply to your message;
- keep an accurate record of requests and how they were handled;
- protect our website and forms against fraud and abuse.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
Your information is available only to authorised members of our team who need it to handle your request. We may use service providers — for example website hosting and email delivery — who process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.
We may disclose information where required by law or by a lawful request from a competent authority.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment requests for up to 24 months and contact messages for up to 12 months after they are received, after which they are deleted, unless a longer period is required by law. Clinical records created during your care are governed separately by applicable medical record-keeping requirements.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access restricted to authorised staff with individual accounts, protection against automated form abuse, and logging of administrative activity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules made under it, you may:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, where we no longer need it;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal);
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
